The interstate aviation committee has revealed the crew applied the brakes during take off causing a plane crash in Russia that killed 44 people in September. Investigators say the crew had little flight experience in the aircraft model involved - and that this inexperience could have caused the fatal mistake. The second pilot also showed traces of a strong sedative in his system. The findings also said that the pilot was suffering from a condition that affected his movement and coordination.
