240mm Mortar 2S4 "Tulpan"("Tulip") shoots with cluster bomb,actively-reactive, high-precision shells and nuclear shells - up to 18 km range ability. Automatic recharging system. Based on chassis of mine minelayer, which may also protects the crew from radiation. Weapon are indispensable in assaulting utterly fortified targest and city combats - when a very exact shot is needed.
