Please visit www.BBQTalk.ca Bubba-Q Sauce Recipe Bubba-Q Sauce 2 Cups Ketchup 1/2 Cup White vinegar 1/2 Cup Molasses 1 Tsp Seasoning Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice 1 Teaspoon Chili powder 1 Teaspoon Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon Hot sauce 1/2 Cup Brown sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon Mace 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 Tsp White or Black pepper Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and place in a container with a very tight seal. Enjoy. 40 min | 10 min prep Less
