This is a rather boring 7 minute video of the footage of the final chapter of my BMW R50 retoration- the starting of the bike for the first time after the restoration and taking it off the table it was restored on. I have posted it mostly for BMW fans who are interested in viewing moments like these. Looking at it now, I note how at the end I see myself starting the bike for the first time by myself. Only minutes later did I ride it 33 miles back to my home garage where it lives now. That trip was also the very first time I ever rode a real motorcycle on a public road. It was a big day for me.
